iPhone 6 

Rumors and past release date info have thus far pointed towards a September launch date for the iPhone 6, which has now been confirmed by a reliable source that spoke to MacRumors. 

An early September event is in line with previous rumors and with the event dates of the last two iPhone generations. The iPhone 5 was announced on Wednesday, September 12 with availability occurring on September 21 and the iPhone 5s/5c was announced on Tuesday, September 10 with availability starting on September 20.

The Christmas Season is just around the corner, and the SunMacs Holiday Breakfast will be held on December 13th at the Banner Olive Branch Senior Center located near the corner of 107th and Sun City Blvd. where it has been held for the past several years.  Tickets are available now through Dec. 5th for $8.00 per person, and will be sold at the November General Meetings (Nov. 15th); at the Club Socials; and on Thursday mornings between 8:30 and 9:00 in the clubroom. 

Gathering time will be at 8:30 a.m. (coffee will be available) and breakfast will be served at 9:00 a.m.  The menu consists of: pancakes, hash browns, scrambled eggs, bacon, a muffin, fruit garnish, juice and coffee.  All for $8.00 – What a Deal!

Following breakfast there here will be a brief business meeting; the installation of new officers; awarding of the Apple Award; and door prizes.

The RCSC is having a problem with some our members’ Rec Card Numbers. You submitted that number to the club when you signed up to be a member.

The RCSC checked those numbers and determined that some were not valid or had expired or had been deleted from THEIR database.

A list will be posted in the club room of the members who must contact the Rec Center Card Holder Services. Call: 623-561-4638
